A line never really stops moving. It runs from the tunnel wall to the page, from the page to the cloth.
Le Grand Jeu hosts the launch of a collaboration between two Parisian practices that meet on fabric: the drawing of writer Flask — shaped by the most radical years of graffiti, from the metros to the tunnels — and the eye and press of catcentcat, analog photographer seen in the docuseries With One Eye Open and printer of his own merch in Paris. Together they drop a series of long- and short-sleeve tees, pulled by hand in catcentcat's workshop.
For the occasion, Flask opens the walls of the shop to a series of drawings made over recent months — including the preparatory drawing for the tee. You can follow the same gesture from the page to the printed garment, and back.
