#CRAZY90 is a black-and-white graffiti zine edited by Pilchi. The cover is a single housing tower shot frontally, window after window, with the title in white across the bottom. Inside, there are no captions: a writer tags under Pilchi's name on the tiles of the Nassau Avenue subway station in Greenpoint, Brooklyn; a train car numbered 1871 carries a Mickey signed CTO next to a throw-up; a desk is covered in markers, beer bottles and photobooth strips; an overgrown railway line runs off into the trees.
