Rich Stremme is a New York street artist and writer who started out in the early 1990s. He was part of the God Squad crew, whose mark was painted on wooden crosses, and he also made posters and record covers. His closest collaboration was with REVS, with whom he helped write REVS's autobiography in the subway tunnels, returning to the wall after escaping the police. Stremme later moved to Pennsylvania.
Dog City is a slim chapbook of poetry and prose published by Less Than Zero Press in New York in 1995. The cover is a drawing by REVS, captioned "I've got a problem", and the back cover carries a COST collage. Inside, the pages are text. The graffiti stays on the outside.
