London, early 2000s. Marco Giambra walked Shoreditch, Soho, Brick Lane and Portobello Road with a 35mm camera at the exact moment Banksy's stencils were turning the East End into a feed, years before feeds existed. The rolls then sat forgotten in a box for almost twenty years, until his father found them. This zine is the first time they have been printed.
Inside: Banksy's Flower Thrower, Barcode Leopard, the Old Street Pulp Fiction and Giant Rat, Girl with Balloon, Bomb Hugger, the Portobello "Keep It Real" monkeys and Che Guevara posters, the Hackney railway bridge and "This Revolution Is For Display Purposes Only". They appear alongside Eine, Faile, Toaster and London Police, with walls where tags and stencils pile up. Most of these pieces have long since been buffed or removed. A closing index gives the location of every image: Rivington Street, Old Street, Curtain Road, Clink Street, Bank End, Kingsland Road, and more.
