Mr. Greems’s project on pixação, the tag style of São Paulo, packed as a set in a box that was used to sell fruit in Brazil. The fanzine gathers pixação tags made on paper and on the price labels and signs used in fruit and vegetable shops, so the writing sits on the same stickers that the stalls use every day. The flipbook documents the actions themselves, the moments of writing in the street, and the pouch holds the loose photographs. The box is part of the piece: its yellow label, reading PINEAPPLE / BRASIL SAO PAULO / ZONA LESTE, and its line “Pixadores do it better” are printed to look like the shop’s own packaging.
