The first issue of Street Art Magazine brings together artists, writers and photographers exploring the social and political dimensions of urban art. Published by Éditions Omniscience and Groupe Tournon, the magazine looks at how street art reacts to contemporary events and public debates.
The issue includes essays by Marie Christian, Stéphanie Lemoine, Yvan Tessier and others, alongside reports on murals, urban interventions and public art initiatives. It also features a tribute to the young graffiti writer Toux Oner, who passed away in 2015.
Through articles, field reports and photographic documentation, Street Art Magazine #1 captures a moment when street art increasingly became a medium for civic expression, collective memory and political commentary.
