Railway tracks, tunnels, suburban edges and elevated views form the settings for Torkel Sjöstrand’s portraits of Stockholm’s graffiti writers. Made over three years, from Spånga to Norsborg and from Södertälje to Ekerö, the photographs introduce more than fifty writers. Each portrait carries the writer’s own tag, linking an often anonymous signature to a person standing in the places they know. The title refers to the code the Swedish police use for graffiti damage. In his foreword, Irok recalls the friendships, shared experience and solidarity of the local scene, alongside the pressures of policing. Essay by Jacob Kimvall.
